Chính sách này giải thích AIVIN1 thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn như thế nào, phù hợp với pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân (bao gồm Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP).

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- Tài khoản: tên đăng nhập, email (tùy chọn), mật khẩu (mã hóa bằng bcrypt, không lưu dạng chữ thường). Nếu đăng nhập bằng Google, chúng tôi nhận email và tên hiển thị theo sự cho phép của bạn.
- Giao dịch: lịch sử nạp ví, thanh toán và đơn hàng. Chúng tôi không lưu số thẻ ngân hàng hay mật khẩu PayPal.
- Thông tin bạn nhập khi đặt dịch vụ: thông tin chủ sở hữu tên miền, thông tin liên hệ và công ty (với chứng chỉ SSL doanh nghiệp), yêu cầu thiết kế website, thông tin doanh nghiệp để AI tạo website và tư vấn.
- Trò chuyện với Trợ lý AI trên website: nội dung câu hỏi bạn nhập (vui lòng không gửi mật khẩu hay thông tin nhạy cảm), mã phiên và địa chỉ IP đã băm (SHA-256). Nội dung được gửi đến nhà cung cấp AI để tạo câu trả lời và được lưu tối đa 30 ngày để chống lạm dụng và cải thiện chất lượng.
- Ảnh giao diện tham khảo khi đặt web làm riêng: ảnh bạn tải lên (tối đa 5 ảnh). Chỉ bạn và đội ngũ AIVIN1 xem được; ảnh được gửi đến nhà cung cấp AI để thiết kế bản nháp theo phong cách bạn muốn. Vui lòng chỉ gửi ảnh bạn có quyền dùng và không gửi ảnh chứa thông tin cá nhân nhạy cảm.
- Hội thoại hộp thư: tin nhắn giữa khách của bạn và hệ thống (kể cả phần AI trả lời) khi bạn dùng tính năng Hộp thư hội thoại.
- Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt, nhật ký lỗi; cùng bộ nhớ trình duyệt để giữ đăng nhập và ngôn ngữ bạn chọn.
2. Mục đích sử dụng
Cung cấp và hỗ trợ dịch vụ, xử lý thanh toán, phòng chống gian lận và lạm dụng, gửi thông báo về đơn hàng, cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ và tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý.
3. Đơn vị xử lý dữ liệu thay mặt chúng tôi
Để cung cấp dịch vụ, chúng tôi chia sẻ dữ liệu cần thiết với: nhà đăng ký tên miền và cơ quan quản lý tên miền (thông tin chủ sở hữu), nhà cung cấp hosting và VPS, tổ chức cấp chứng chỉ SSL và đại lý của họ, nhà cung cấp AI (để tạo website và trả lời tư vấn), PayPal (thanh toán), Google (đăng nhập, nếu bạn chọn), nền tảng Zalo và Facebook (khi bạn kết nối kênh nhắn tin), và nhà cung cấp dịch vụ tương tác mạng xã hội (liên kết bạn nhập). Nếu bạn dùng công cụ AI tạo ảnh hoặc video, tệp bạn tải lên được gửi tới nhà cung cấp AI tương ứng để xử lý và tệp gốc trên máy chủ của chúng tôi được xóa sau 24 giờ. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.
4. Thời gian lưu trữ
Dữ liệu tài khoản được giữ khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Dữ liệu giao dịch được giữ theo thời hạn mà pháp luật về kế toán và thuế yêu cầu. Bản nháp website, tệp bàn giao và chứng chỉ được giữ trong thời gian cần thiết để hỗ trợ bạn. Hội thoại hộp thư được giữ cho đến khi bạn xóa hoặc yêu cầu xóa.
5. Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài
Một số đối tác của chúng tôi đặt máy chủ hoặc có trụ sở ngoài Việt Nam. Khi dùng dịch vụ, bạn đồng ý để dữ liệu cần thiết được xử lý ở đó theo mục đích nêu trên.
6. Bảo mật
Chúng tôi dùng mã hóa mật khẩu, kết nối HTTPS, phân quyền truy cập quản trị và các biện pháp hợp lý khác. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; bạn nên dùng mật khẩu mạnh và không chia sẻ tài khoản.
7. Quyền của bạn
Bạn có quyền yêu cầu xem, chỉnh sửa, xóa dữ liệu cá nhân hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý, và yêu cầu xóa tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào (trừ dữ liệu chúng tôi phải giữ theo pháp luật). Bạn cũng có thể tự đổi email và mật khẩu trong trang Tài khoản của tôi. Liên hệ qua WhatsApp, Zalo, Telegram hoặc điện thoại (xem trang Liên hệ).
8. Dữ liệu của khách hàng của bạn
Khi bạn dùng Hộp thư hội thoại hoặc đưa thông tin khách hàng vào dịch vụ, bạn là bên quyết định mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu đó và AIVIN1 xử lý theo yêu cầu của bạn. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm thông báo và xin phép những người nhắn tin cho bạn theo quy định pháp luật.
9. Trẻ em
Dịch vụ không hướng tới người chưa đủ năng lực hành vi dân sự. Nếu bạn biết trẻ em đã đăng ký tài khoản, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xử lý.
10. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang. Với thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trên website.

This policy explains how AIVIN1 collects, uses and protects your data, in line with Vietnamese personal data protection law (including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP).
Data controller: HỘ KINH DOANH AIVIN1, household business registration number 052197015639, Eco Xuân, Lái Thiêu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
1. Data we collect
- Account: username, email (optional), password (hashed with bcrypt, never stored in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and display name with your permission.
- Transactions: your top-up, payment and order history. We do not store card numbers or PayPal passwords.
- Details you enter when ordering: domain registrant details, contact and company details (for business SSL certificates), website design requirements, and business information used by the AI to create your website and to advise your customers.
- Chats with the AI Assistant on the website: the questions you type (please do not send passwords or sensitive information), a session code and a hashed IP address (SHA-256). The text is sent to the AI provider to produce answers and kept for up to 30 days to prevent abuse and improve quality.
- Reference design images for custom websites: the images you upload (up to 5). Only you and the AIVIN1 team can see them; they are sent to the AI provider to design a draft in the style you want. Please only upload images you have the right to use and that contain no sensitive personal information.
- Inbox conversations: messages between your customers and the system (including AI replies) when you use the Conversation inbox.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, error logs, and browser storage used to keep you logged in and remember your language.
2. How we use it
To deliver and support the services, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, send order notifications, improve quality and meet legal obligations.
3. Who processes data on our behalf
To deliver the services we share the data that is necessary with: domain registrars and registries (registrant details), hosting and VPS providers, SSL certificate authorities and their resellers, AI providers (to create websites and answer advisory messages), PayPal (payments), Google (sign-in, if you choose it), Zalo and Facebook (when you connect messaging channels), and social media engagement providers (the links you enter). If you use AI image or video tools, the files you upload are sent to the relevant AI provider for processing and the original files on our server are deleted after 24 hours. We do not sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Transaction data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. Website drafts, delivery files and certificates are kept for as long as needed to support you. Inbox conversations are kept until you delete them or ask us to.
5. Transfers outside Vietnam
Some of our partners host servers or are based outside Vietnam. By using the services you agree that the necessary data may be processed there for the purposes above.
6. Security
We use password hashing, HTTPS connections, admin access controls and other reasonable measures. No system is completely secure; please use a strong password and do not share your account.
7. Your rights
You may ask to view, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or delete your account at any time (except data we must keep by law). You can also change your email and password yourself on the My account page. Reach us on WhatsApp, Zalo, Telegram or by phone (see the Contact page).
8. Your customers' data
When you use the Conversation inbox or put customer information into the services, you decide how that data is used and AIVIN1 processes it on your instructions. You are responsible for informing the people who message you and obtaining any permission the law requires.
9. Children
The services are not directed at people without the legal capacity to contract. If you know a child has registered an account, please contact us so we can handle it.
10. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. For important changes we will post a notice on the website.
