AIVIN1 gom các dịch vụ số cho doanh nghiệp vào một tài khoản: tên miền, hosting, VPS, chứng chỉ SSL, thiết kế website, tương tác mạng xã hội và hộp thư hội thoại có AI. Bạn thanh toán tất cả bằng một ví chung.
Bạn nạp ví bằng chuyển khoản ngân hàng (mã VietQR), MoMo hoặc PayPal. Khách ở nước ngoài có thể dùng PayPal hoặc thẻ quốc tế. Xem Chính sách thanh toán.
Số dư ví dùng để trả cho dịch vụ và không rút thành tiền mặt. Khi dịch vụ lỗi do hệ thống, tiền được hoàn vào ví. Chi tiết từng dịch vụ ở Chính sách hoàn tiền.
Tên miền kích hoạt ngay sau khi thanh toán. Việc trỏ website hoặc email cần thêm thời gian lan truyền DNS, thường từ vài phút đến vài giờ.
Hosting bị tạm dừng, dữ liệu vẫn được giữ và kích hoạt lại khi gia hạn. VPS quá hạn bị xóa vĩnh viễn và không khôi phục được, nên hãy bật tự động gia hạn hoặc gia hạn trước hạn.
Không bắt buộc. Bạn có thể nhập tên miền đã mua ở nơi khác rồi tự trỏ Nameserver về hosting mới.
Nếu website đã có HTTPS miễn phí (Let's Encrypt hoặc AutoSSL trên hosting cPanel), bạn chỉ cần mua SSL trả phí khi cần Wildcard, nhiều tên miền hoặc xác thực doanh nghiệp (OV/EV). Xem các gói SSL.
Bạn chọn mẫu, đặt cọc một phần (tỷ lệ hiện ngay khi chọn mẫu), nhập thông tin doanh nghiệp, nhận bản website riêng và được chỉnh theo số lượt ghi trên trang dự án, sau đó chốt và thanh toán phần còn lại để AIVIN1 hoàn thiện và bàn giao. Xem Thiết kế web.
Không. Bạn chỉ gửi yêu cầu để được tư vấn và báo giá riêng. Đội ngũ sẽ liên hệ trước khi bắt đầu làm.
Hệ thống tự động hoàn vào ví đúng phần tiền của số lượng còn thiếu. Hãy kiểm tra kỹ liên kết trước khi đặt vì đơn đã gửi không sửa được liên kết.
Khách nhắn qua website, Zalo hoặc Facebook được AI tư vấn 24/7 dựa trên thông tin doanh nghiệp bạn nhập. Bạn xem lại toàn bộ hội thoại, trả lời thay AI hoặc tắt AI bất cứ lúc nào.

Có. Bấm nút EN ở góc phải thanh đầu trang để đổi sang tiếng Anh, bấm VI để quay lại. Với website tạo từ mẫu, bạn cũng có thể chọn ngôn ngữ nội dung là tiếng Anh.

AIVIN1 puts digital services for businesses into one account: domains, hosting, VPS, SSL certificates, website design, social media engagement and a conversation inbox with AI. You pay for everything with one shared wallet.
You top up your wallet by bank transfer (VietQR code), MoMo or PayPal. Customers abroad can use PayPal or an international card. See the Payment policy.
Wallet balance is used to pay for services and cannot be withdrawn as cash. When a service fails because of the system, the money is returned to your wallet. Details for each service are in the Refund policy.
A domain is activated right after payment. Pointing your website or email needs extra time for DNS propagation, usually a few minutes to a few hours.
Hosting is suspended, and your data is kept and reactivated when you renew. An expired VPS is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, so turn on auto-renew or renew before the expiry date.
No. You can enter a domain bought elsewhere and point its nameservers to the new hosting yourself.
If your website already has free HTTPS (Let's Encrypt or AutoSSL on cPanel hosting), you only need a paid SSL when you need Wildcard, multiple domains or business validation (OV/EV). See the SSL plans.
You choose a template, pay a deposit (the percentage is shown as soon as you pick a template), enter your business details, receive your own version and can request the number of revisions shown on your project page, then approve and pay the remainder so AIVIN1 can finish and deliver. No. You only send a request to get advice and a custom quote. Our team contacts you before any work starts.
The system automatically refunds exactly the amount for the missing quantity to your wallet. Check the link carefully before ordering because a submitted order's link cannot be edited.
Customers who message through your website, Zalo or Facebook are advised by the AI 24/7 using the business information you enter. You can read every conversation, reply in place of the AI or turn the AI off at any time.

Yes. Click the EN button at the top right of the header to switch to English and VI to go back. For websites created from a template you can also choose English as the content language.
